For equipment drop-off or order pick-up please go to one of the following locations, as indicated by a Wireless representative. Please refer to our hours and location page.
Please fill out the CNS Consultation form and you will be issued a consultation number. When submitting the order for consultation, please note that the consultation is for Wireless and be as specific as possible. (Cell phone comparision, etc.) Consultation by appointment only.
If you are changing your wireless plans please send an e-mail to wireless@berkeley.edu. A work order does NOT need to be submitted. Please include the following information in your e-mail:
